Background

The Company was established in 1994, and in March of 2013 ROSPAN INTERNATIONAL JSC became part of Rosneft Group. From that moment the large-scale development of the project began.

The Company is developing the Vostochno-Urengoiskiy, Novo-Urengoiskiy and Resursny license areas in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District.

The main targets for development are the Achimov deposits, the development of which is complicated by their low natural permeability and abnormally high reservoir pressure.
