Rosneft enhances Management efficiency of sale entities in Six Russian Regions
Rosneft restructured its sale business in Moscow, the Moscow Region, Saint Petersburg, the Leningrad Region, the Rostov Region, and in Krasnodar Krai. Rosneft marketing subsidiaries and enterprises of TNK-BP acquired in 2013 operating within one region were merged under one business organization.
As a result of merger, the following marketing units will be operating in the regions: RN-Moscow (over 330 fuel and filling stations, 5 oil depots) in Moscow and the Moscow Region, RN-Trade (over 60 fuel and filling stations, 1 oil depot) in Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, RN-Rostovnefteprodukt (118 fuel and filling stations, 7 oil depots), and Rosneft-Kubannefteprodukt (over 220 fuel and filling stations, 13 oil depots) in Krasnodar Krai.
Merger of oil products supply enterprises operating within one region will allow to eliminate doubling of administrative functions, improve efficiency and transparency of operating activities, and cut logistical costs. Merging arrangements will promote better operation of enterprises, which will positively affect further quality improvement of services provided by the Company.

Rosneft provides oil products supply in Russian Regions through subsidiary marketing units. The area of retail business of the Company covers 56 Russian regions. Rosneft also operates in Abkhazia, Ukraine, and Belarus. Marketing network totals about 2600 owned and leased fuel and filling stations. Filling stations place 1850 stores, 424 cafes, and 207 car washes. There’s minor repair and car service at 91 fuel stations.
Rosneft also owns 169 oil depots with total capacity of about 3 million cubic meters, and an extensive park of gas tank trucks. The Company carries out reconstruction of existing fuel stations and constructs new ones.
