Rosneft Launches Aircraft Refueling Services in Magas
RN-Aero, Rosneft subsidiary, becаme the first Russian oil company to start aircraft refueling at the airport in Magas (Republic of Ingushetia).
The expansion of its business geography of is a top priority of RN-Aero.
The participation of Rosneft in aircraft fuel supply in Magas airport will allow to refuel aircraft with the use of modern fueling equipment in strict accordance with the requirements of the industrial and transport safety legislation. Rosneft is planning to analyze the commercial feasibility of building a refueling complex at the Magas airport, following which the Company will make its final investment decision.
Note for editors: Rosneft operations in the aviation fuel business are covered by the subsidiary RN-Aero. RN-Aero exercises operational control over refueling complexes at Sheremetyevo, Sochi, Krasnoyarsk, Krasnodar, Gelendzhik, Anapa, Rostov-on-Don, and Abakan airports. To date, the company provides into-plane refueling in 31 airport in the Russian Federation. Rosneft conducts active social and economic activities in the Republic of Ingushetia. This work is being carried out under an additional cooperation agreement signed in September 2013 as part of the Investment Forum in Sochi and the Cooperation Agreement signed in May 2014 at the SPIEF-2014. |
