In Samara Region, Major Repairs of Central City Hospital’s Polyclinic and ICU made with the support of Rosneft
With the support of Rosneft, a polyclinic for 330 visits per day and Intensive care unit (ICU) of the central city hospital were opened in Syzran after major repairs. Funds for reconstruction of socially important facilities were allocated under the Cooperation Agreement between Rosneft and the Government of the Samara Region.
Major repairs in the polyclinic were conducted for the first time in 50 years. The facade and roof have been completely renovated, the ceilings and supporting walls of the building have been reinforced, the wiring has been replaced, the fire alarm system and security system have been installed, and the internal and external engineering networks have been repaired. Major repairs in the polyclinic made it possible to prepare the building for the use of high-tech and complex equipment. In addition, the workspace has been maximally optimised, which has improved the quality and speed of medical personnel.
Due to major repairs in the ICU, a modern unit has been created, which can now treat up to 28 patients. All necessary equipment has been installed in the unit, as well as an X-ray endovascular diagnostics center has been opened for emergency assistance to residents of Syzran, Oktyabrsk and nearby areas. Previously, there were no such opportunities to organise assistance in the central hospital.
In addition, necessary communications have been laid in the ICU, electrics, security system, alarm and communication system have been installed.
