Rosneft Starts Marketing Jet Fuel in Stuttgart Airport
Rosneft Deutschland GmbH, a subsidiary of Rosneft Oil Company, has launched its into-plane fuelling service in the airport of Stuttgart.
Jet fuel sales in Germany are part of Rosneft’s long-term development strategy for this business. The Company is consistent in its jet fuel supply expansion across Germany.
Since the start of own marketing transactions in Germany in 2019, Rosneft Deutschland has negotiated a range of contracts for the sale of in-house jet fuel. In particular, an agreement was signed with Aeroflot PJSC for aircraft re-fuelling in the Berlin Schönefeld Airport. Now Rosneft Deutschland re-fuels each third scheduled passenger flight departing from Berlin.
Rosneft Deutschland plans to further boost the production and marketing volumes of jet fuel both in Germany and in the entire Europe.
As a leading supplier of jet fuel on the Russian market, Rosneft is expanding its international network to include airports in Mongolia, Georgia, Germany, China, Spain, and United Arab Emirates.

Rosneft is the third-largest player on the refining market of Germany. Rosneft is a shareholder in three refineries in Germany, with 54.17% share in the PCK refinery, 24% share in the MiRO refinery, and 28.57% share in the Bayernoil refinery, with total refining capacity in ownership ratios of 12.8 million tonnes per year, which is more than 12% of all refining capacity in Germany. Rosneft currently provides into-plane refuelling services at 45 Russian and foreign airports, including Sheremetyevo, Vnukovo, and Domodedovo, as well as Berlin and Munich (Germany), Beijing (China), Dubai (UAE), Barcelona (Spain), Tbilisi, Batumi and Kutaisi (Georgia), Ulan Bator (Mongolia), St. Petersburg, Sochi, Krasnodar, Irkutsk, Vladivostok, Anapa, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, etc.
