RN-Uvatneftegaz Opens New Housing Complex for Rotation Workers at Protozanovskoye Field

RN-Uvatneftegaz, an enterprise of Rosneft Oil Company’s oil production complex, has commissioned a new rotational housing compound in the Uvat district of Tyumen Region at the Protozanovskoye field.

The rotational housing complex is over 2,000 square metres in size and includes two administrative and amenity blocks. The buildings are equipped to accommodate up to 110 people at a time, with office space, a conference room, a medical room and laundry facilities.

The complex’s amenities take into account the distinctive climatic conditions of the local latitudes. The living quarters are connected to a canteen by a warm corridor, and hot meals, prepared using modern equipment, are catered for in the harsh weather conditions.

For sports and leisure activities, the complex is provided with fitness equipment, a library, a billiards room and internet access from anywhere.

RN-Uvatneftegaz pays close attention to ensuring comfortable living conditions for employees, including those at remote oilfield sites. In 2021, a new housing complex for rotational workers was also opened at the Tyamkinskoye field. RN-Uvatneftegaz has repeatedly won the Russian Organisation of High Social Responsibility competition for creating jobs and improving working conditions in its production units.
