The complex has a pool, the only one of its kind in the region, measuring 10 by 15 metres and 1.5 metres deep.

The second part of the rollerdrome is a year-round sports field. It will be used for playing sports in the summer and as an ice rink in the winter. An equipment hire shop has been built with warm changing rooms and a cafeteria.

The facility will be able to accommodate more than 16,000 action sports enthusiast children and adults each year.
