Rosneft Enterprises Participate in All-Russian Employment Fair 2023
Rosneft enterprises took part in the All-Russian Employment Fair «Russian Jobs. Time of Opportunities». Over 16,000 people from different regions of the country were given the opportunity to be interviewed by the Company’s HR representatives and to fill in questionnaires prepared for the fair.
Rosneft is one of Russia’s largest employers that actively promotes labour market development in the regions where it operates. The company employs over 330,000 people, all of whom enjoy decent working conditions.
Bashneft presented almost 3,500 vacancies at the All-Russian Employment Fair in Ufa. Of these, 2,500 are blue-collar jobs that are becoming more and more in demand on the labour market every year.
Young employees of the Syzran Refinery participated in an online job marathon, telling other job seekers about the company, job opportunities and career prospects. The marathon was broadcast on the Samara Region Employment Service’s social media page.
Komsomolsk Refinery presented vacancies in five towns in Khabarovsk Territory: Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Amursk, Nikolaevsk-on-Amur, Khabarovsk and Vanino. The interview was attended by around 250 jobseekers.
The Taas-Yuryakh Neftegazodobycha enterprise in Yakutsk has offered current job vacancies in blue-collar jobs at the Srednebotuobinsk oil and gas condensate field in the Mirny district of Yakutia. The field welcomes chemical analysis technicians, oil and gas production operators, dewatering and desalting plant operators, slingers, electricians for electrical equipment repair and maintenance and others. Today, the enterprise employs over 1,700 people. The main part is occupied at the Srednebotuobinskoye oil and gas condensate field and the receiving and delivery station in Lensk. The sites are staffed by employees from over 40 regions of the country.
The Achinsk refinery offered over 30 vacancies at the fair. In the next few years, the plant will need around 1,000 skilled workers when the two large modern processing plants are put into operation. Not only locals, but also specialists from other parts of Russia will be able to apply for vacancies and interesting jobs. The company provides out-of-town employees not only with a relocation package, but also with furnished flats in factory-built housing.
Rosneft’s participation in the federal project «Russian Jobs. Time of Opportunities» is one of the effective mechanisms to fill the need for qualified personnel at the Company’s dynamically developing enterprises. Rosneft provides job seekers with all the conditions for decent earnings and self-fulfilment.
The initiative of Rosneft and its subsidiaries to develop the labour market in the regions of operation is regularly praised by the Russian Ministry of Labour and Social Protection. The Novokuibyshevsk, Kuibyshev, Saratov refineries and Samaraneftekhimproject have won the All-Russian High Social Performance Organisation competition in various categories in different years. In 2023, the All-Russian Industry Association of Oil and Gas Industry Employers included VSNK and the Saratov Refinery in the register of socially responsible employers in the oil and gas industry. For several years in a row, Rosneft Krasnoyarsk enterprises have become the best in the «Oil Production Industry» category of the Krasnoyarsk competition for organisation of work in the field of social partnership and labour protection.
