Rosneft has taken a decision to provide discounts for petroleum products sold in its retail chain in the Khabarovsk Territory, Amur Region and the Jewish Autonomous Region starting from September 17, 2013. The campaign Let’s Overcome the Flood Altogether will run for a month, in the daytime (from 06:00 a.m. till 00:59), the discount is to amount to 10% of Rosneft gas stations’ prices as of September 12, at night (from 01:00 a.m. till 05:59 a.m.) the discount is to amount to 15%.
This measure is meant to help the population restore their property affected by the large-scale flood. The decision on holding this humanitarian campaign and the policy of moderate pricing of the Company are focused exceptionally on the provision of equally accessible help for the population.
Besides, Rosneft is currently providing uninterrupted supplies of gasoline and diesel fuel to the affected regions. The fuel reserves created by the company (without additionally delivered petroleum products) allow providing consumers with fuel uninterruptedly for 36 days. Therefore the regions are completely provided with fuel, including that for machinery engaged in fighting against the flood, in particular, in Komsomolsk-on-Amur.
