Rosneft and Tula Region signed a Cooperation Agreement
Rosneft Chief executive officer Igor Sechin and Acting Governor of the Tula Region Aleksey Dyumin signed a Cooperation Agreement during the XX St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
The agreement is focused on the development of investment activity in the Tula region, implementation of high-performance and innovative projects, consumers provision with high-quality fuel, creation of favorable conditions for the improvement of the living standards and better social stability in the region.
The parties agreed to cooperate in energy saving and in the field of lubricants import substitution in the industry and the transport.
The document provides for projects implementation in the Tula region aimed at the localization of equipment manufacturing.

In the Tula region, Rosneft's subsidiary Tulanefteprodukt sells motor fuel at 40 gas stations / retail sites. All motor fuels comply with the highest environmental standards Euro 5.
Rosneft actively develops the product range of its retail network which is already characterized by high-quality fuel with a multi-stage quality control system and developed non-fuel offer. The Company creates new products and services to improve the dialog with the consumer.
