Rosneft and Pietro Fiorentini Agree on Industrial Cooperation
Rosneft Oil Company and Pietro Fiorentini S.p.A entered into an Industrial Cooperation Agreement during the visit of an Italian delegation to Russia. The document was signed by Rosneft CEO Igor Sechin and Managing Director Pietro Fiorentini S.p.A Paolo Nardi in the presence of Russian President Vladimir Putin and Italian Prime Minister Paolo Gentiloni.
The parties agreed to negotiate a contract for pilot testing of hydrocarbon production measuring equipment to be used in one of the Company's oil and gas fields during the winter period of 2017-2018.
If the pilot trials prove to be successful, the parties will consider the prospects for further cooperation in localization of hydrocarbon production measurement equipment, as well as other products and services that may be of interest to the Company.
