Rosneft and Kurgan region entered into a cooperation agreement on developing import substitution

As part of XXIII St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Rosneft and Kurgan region entered into a cooperation agreement on developing import substitution. The document was signed by Rosneft Chief Executive Officer Igor Sechin, and Acting Governor of Kurgan region Vadim Shumkov.

The agreement is aimed at maximizing the deployment of the industrial capacity of enterprises in Kurgan region by Rosneft and its Subsidiaries.

The parties intend to prepare proposals by lines of cooperation development with industrial enterprises and research institutions of the region, as well as a list of equipment, products and technologies for testing and industrial utilization at production facilities of Rosneft.
