On Personnel Appointments of Rosneft Oil Company
The following organisational and personnel decisions have been made as part of the optimisation of the organisational structure aimed at improving the Company’s performance:
Eric Liron has been appointed Rosneft Vice President for In-House Services, previously First Vice President for Upstream. Amid the complicated situation on the service market, the appointment of Eric Liron - one of the world’s best experts in service drilling - will help the Company to significantly strengthen its in-house service unit and improve the efficiency of production processes.
Zeljko Runje has been appointed Rosneft First Vice President for Oil, Gas, and Offshore Business Development, previously Vice President for Offshore Projects. The appointment is designed to optimise management in the areas of oil production, gas production, and shelf development.
Yuri Kalinin, previously Rosneft Vice President for HR and Social Policy, has taken another position in the Company’s operations due to the expiration of his employment contract and retirement. Rosneft Oil Company values the experience and qualifications of Yuri Kalinin greatly, and his many years of professional activity have been marked by numerous state, industry, and corporate awards. From now on, Yuri Kalinin will supervise the Company’s veteran organisations.
Alexey Artemyev has been appointed Rosneft Vice President for HR and Social Policy. He has been working for the Company’s HR Department since 2012.
Andrey Polyakov has been appointed Rosneft Vice President-Chief Geologist. Andrey Lazeev, who previously held this position, has been appointed General Director of Taas-Yuryakh Neftegazodobycha LLC.
