Rosneft and Vestas Rus signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of wind power generation
Rosneft and Vestas Rus LLC signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of wind power generation as part of the XXIV St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
The parties agreed to study potential sites for the construction of wind farms for the energy supply of Rosneft facilities and to determine the composition of energy equipment. In addition, the agreement provides for the supply, installation and maintenance of equipment.
Wind power generation is one of the most effective ways to supply energy to industrial facilities, allowing to reduce the carbon footprint of the production activities of oil companies.
