Rosneft informs that Messrs. Gerhard Schröder and Matthias Warnig have announced that they are unable to extend their terms on the Company's Board of Directors.
With their strategic vision, vast practical experience, and in-depth understanding of international market issues, they have made a significant contribution to the Company's international business. Their role in the implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects in Russia and Germany, aimed at improving the efficiency of the German economy and its industry and the well-being of its citizens is invaluable.
We respect their decisions and thank them for their continued support.
