Rosneft and the Russian Ministry of Energy Agree on Cooperation to Strengthen Stability of the Fuel and Energy Market

Rosneft and the Russian Ministry of Energy signed a cooperation agreement at the XXV St. Petersburg International Economic Forum in order to strengthen stability of the fuel and energy market, develop trade and economic relations, attract investment and implement projects in the fuel and energy sector.

The agreement expands the areas of the Company's cooperation with the Ministry. The document provides for potential joint initiatives aimed to reduce risks and increase the efficiency of trade and foreign economic activities.

It is expected to develop international communication platforms in Russia and abroad, including by expanding Russian participation in the work of relevant international organizations and structures, and in specialized groups on energy cooperation within bilateral intergovernmental commissions.
