Rosneft and the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service (Rostechnadzor) signed a cooperation agreement
Rosneft and the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service (Rostechnadzor) signed a cooperation agreement at the 25th St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
In accordance with the signed document, the parties plan to unite their efforts to improve the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of industrial safety. The document also provides for cooperation between the Company and the Federal Service in terms of scientific and technical support for Rosneft projects, development of scientific and methodological support, and organization of joint scientific and practical conferences, seminars, and forums.
To effectively implement the agreement, the parties intend to establish joint working groups and develop a detailed action plan to improve industrial safety at Rosneft's production facilities.
