In the 2022 - 2023 corporate year1 the Board of Directors held 23 meetings, to consider issues and take resolutions regarding the Company’s various activities2.

2 The procedure for convening and holding Board of Directors meetings as well as taking resolutions is set by the Regulations on Rosneft Board of Directors.
