- Rosneft Agrees Cooperation with Ministry of Internal Affairs
Rosneft and the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs have signed a Cooperation Agreement. The Agreement aims to strengthen the cooperation between the parties, including the measures to reduce the crime rate in the regions where the Company operates, assist the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in its exercise of powers to identify, prevent, combat, disclose and investigate crimes in the fuel and energy sector.

Based on the information received from the Security Department of OJSC Rosneft, the Head Office of Economic Security and Anti Corruption Department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs has audited the Kabardino-Balkarian Fuel Company, a subsidiary of OJSC Rosneft, for violations of financial and economic activities in this company.

An agreement to create a joint venture on crude oil and petroleum products trading was signed today by Rosneft President and Chairman of the Management Board Igor Sechin and SARAS S.p.A. CEO Massimo Moratti.

- Rosneft and SANORS Sign Heads of Agreement For Joint Venture
On June 21, 2013, Rosneft and SANORS petrochemical holding company signed Heads of Agreement (HoA), under which the parties intend to create a joint venture that will incorporate Rosneft’s gas processing assets and SANORS’ petrochemical assets in Orenburg and Samara regions. It is expected that Rosneft’s stake in JV will be no less than 50%, while Sanors’ stake will not exceed 50%.

- Rosneft Signs Crude Oil Supplies Contract with Trafigura
Rosneft President and Chairman of the Management Board Igor Sechin and Trafigura Chairman and CEO Claude Dauphin signed a 5-year contract with a prepayment to supply crude oil and petroleum products. The contract has been signed at the St Petersburg International Economic Forum and was previously approved by Rosneft Board of Directors on June 18, 2013.

Rosneft signed agreements aiming to substitute natural gas for petrol and diesel as motor fuels in the Krasnoyarsk, Murmansk, Sakhalin, Irkutsk, Ryazan and Yaroslavl regions during the St. Petersburg Economic Forum on 21 June.
