(SODECO) Yoshiaki Umemura during the official part of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

Moscow - Rosneft JV Projects S.A. (the ”Bidder”) announces that 14 of June the acceptance period of the voluntary partial public tender offer (the "Offer") promoted by the said Bidder over a maximum of no. 69,310,933 ordinary shares of Saras S.p.A. – Raffinerie Sarde ("Saras S.p.A." or also the ”Issuer”), representing approximately 7,29% of the corporate capital of the latter, in accordance with article 102 of the Legislative Decree 24 February 1998, n. 58, as subsequently amended, has ended.

- Rosneft Enters Norwegian Continental Shelf in the Barents Sea Following Results of 22nd Licensing Round
Following the results of the 22nd Licensing Round announced by the Norwegian Ministry of Petroleum and Energy, RN Nordic Oil AS, a 100% indirect subsidiary of Rosneft, has been granted the award of a 20% participating interest in the license PL713 covering the area of 1,213 sq. km.

On May 23, an agreement to create a joint venture to develop heavy oil reserves in Venezuela in the framework of the Carabobo-2 project was signed in Barcelona, Venezuela, by Rosneft and the Venezuelan Corporacion Venezolana del Petroleo (CVP), a subsidiary of PDVSA.
