This section contains information that will be useful for you for the purposes of proper performance of your duties established by the laws of the Russian Federation and the Standard of Rosneft “Internal control rules for the prevention, detection and suppression of illegal use of insider information in Rosneft and (or) market manipulation” in the sphere of insider information protection and will allow to protect the lawful interests of the Company and its investors.
This section is the part of the functioning process of the Single Competencies Centre for Work with Insider Information in Rosneft (“the SCCI”), which was created for the purpose of providing reference and methodological support to the Company’s insiders, maintaining a single communication channel between Rosneft and its insiders.
