- Moody’s Upgrades Rosneft’s Subsidiaries to Baa1
Moscow, November 27 – The Moody’s rating agency has today upgraded to Baa1 from Baa2 the issuer rating of Rosneft International Holdings Limited (formerly TNK-BP International Ltd.) and of its guaranteed subsidiary Rosneft Finance S.A. (former TNK Finance S.A.) under the issue of eurobonds.

- Rosneft Completes Major Stage of Hydrocracking Reactor Transportation to Achinsk Refinery
The first hydrocracking reactor arrived to Achinsk refinery on October 28. It is designed for vacuum CGO oil hydrocracking and hydrodesulfurization reactions. Its length is 48.5 m, diameter – 4.4 m, weight including mount – 1,306 tons.
