- Rosneft is Switching to IFRS Financial Reporting
On March 1, 2012 Rosneft published its full audited consolidated IFRS financial statements for the 12 months of 2011 with comparable data for the 12 months of 2010 and 2009. The Company is switching from US GAAP to IFRS reporting from the first quarter of 2012.

Rosneft and Transaero have signed an aviation fuel supply agreement.The deal signed by Rosneft President Eduard Khudaynatov and Transaero CEO Olga Pleshakova provides for long-term aviation fuel supplies across Russia along Transaero aviation routes with prices set using a formula based on Platts global indicator.
