- Rosneft Signs Cooperation Agreement with Sakhalin Region
Rosneft President Igor Sechin and Sakhalin Region Governor Alexander Khoroshavin have signed an agreement as part of the APEC Summit on the Company’s cooperation with the region. The agreement envisages the implementation of projects to develop Sakhalin’s hydrocarbon deposits.

- Rosneft and Transneft Sign Cooperation Agreement for Construction of ESPO Pipeline Offshoot Linking to Komsomolsk Refinery
Rosneft and Transneft have signed an agreement to jointly construct an offshoot of the Eastern Siberia – Pacific Ocean (ESPO) trunk pipeline linking to Rosneft’s Komsomolsk refinery. Signing of the agreement coincided with the APEC summit.

- Rosneft and Statoil sign shareholder agreements for Russian offshore exploration joint ventures
Rosneft and Statoil today signed Shareholder and Operating Agreements that will establish joint ventures for the four offshore Russian license areas included in the Cooperation Agreement signed by the two companies on May 5, 2012. The license areas in question are Perseevsky in the Barents Sea and Kashevarovsky, Lisyansky and Magadan 1 in the Sea of Okhotsk.

- Rosneft and ITERA Group Close Deal to Create Joint Venture to Produce and Sell Gas
Rosneft and ITERA Group have closed a deal to create a joint venture on the basis of ITERA Oil and Gas Company to produce and sell gas in line with the terms of a strategic cooperation agreement signed on 28 February 2012. Rosneft obtained 51% in the joint venture in exchange for a 100% stake in the charter capital of Kynsko-Chaselskoye Neftegaz (which owns the license for the Kynsko-Chaselsk license block) and a cash consideration of $173.4 million.

- Rosneft and Eni Sign Agreement to Finance Geological Exploration Works at Three Offshore Russian License Blocks
Rosneft and its subsidiary Val Shatskogo have signed an agreement with Eni Energy Russia B.V. to finance geological works at three offshore Russian license blocks: the Fedynsky and Central Barents blocks in the Barents Sea and the Western Chernomorsky block in the Black Sea.

Rosneft President Igor Sechin and Presidential Envoy in the Urals federal district Igor Kholmanskikh have signed a Strategic partnership agreement aimed at promoting social and economic development of the Urals federal district. The ceremony took place at the St Petersburg International Economic Forum.
