The program enables the Company, through preferential mortgage lending and the use of the service housing fund, to provide highly qualified and valuable personnel to the production process in the regions where the Company's business operates.
As part of the corporate mortgage program in 2021, 1,078 employees of the Company improved their living conditions. At the same time, partner banks provide participants of the corporate program with a mortgage loan on preferential terms (the interest rate is lower than the offers on the credit services market).
Also, the provision of housing for nonresident invited highly qualified specialists is carried out through the provision of office apartments owned by the Company's Subs (office housing is more than 1.5 thousand apartments).
